Altalune Inc. is Delaware-based, privately owned, a C-corporation, based in New Jersey. Altalune has issued 1,000 common shares, with 100% of those shares owned by the company directors, Amanda Rallo and Rich Fierro. Altalune Inc. does not have any other share classes, loans, or outstanding option agreements with the current directors or any other individual or entity.

Altalune’s management team consists of members with diverse industry backgrounds and experiences, including the financial, Charity, marketing, product development, technology, education, and construction industries. Each member of the management team provides a unique set of skills to ensure success in opening and operating a cannabis dispensary. The current management team strongly believes that teams of diversity yield the greatest success, and therefore will continue adding members to the team, such as minorities and women, to increase the diversity.

Amanda started her first business in 1984, when she launched her own magazine, called SHOP Magazine, in New York City. In 1985, Amanda began working for a Real Estate Development company called Four and One Development, located in Hoboken, NJ. At Four and One, Amanda built a three-family home and masterminded a group to develop a 20-unit condo in Hoboken, NJ. Amanda is the current owner of a woman-owned business in Clifton, NJ, called Garfield Tire Corp., which Amanda has operated since 1999. In 2013, Amanda fully acquired this wholesale tire distributorship after the passing of her husband. During his horrific struggle with a brain tumor, Amanda discovered the benefits of CBD and how it assisted with her husband’s pain.

After taking over her husband’s tire distribution business, which is a predominantly male-operated industry, Amanda took on the challenge of initiating campaigns to acquire suppliers, both domestically and overseas, to meet her supply chain needs and effectively operate a profitable business. Having been adopted and raised in Hudson County by immigrant parents who became professionals, Amanda learned the value of hard work and success.

Through operating her tire business, Amanda has experience working with the New Jersey State Treasury Department. Amanda currently has the state bid contract to pick up all motor pool used tire takeoffs. Amanda also has a contract with the state police to do the same. These efforts of conduct and success have just recently won Amanda the designation of being selected as a Woman of Distinction in the National Registry of Women of Distinction.

Amanda has always given back to the community, and her experience having a family member who battled an opioid addiction has influenced her to be even more active in her community. Amanda regularly volunteers and makes herself available to rehab facilities and community outreach programs to assist those who are struggling by providing opportunities that were not available to them before. Amanda has also come to learn, while suffering from fibromyalgia and neuropathy, that cannabis products have assisted her with her anxiety and pain.
